ftp inform7.com (username informer7, password was in previous emails years ago!)
Upload binaries to
django_projects/i7/downloads/content/XXXX/
Upload sources to
django_projects/i7/cms/content/sources/apps/

If you're adding new binaries and have to regenerate the web page, the admin 
control page is at http://inform7.com/admin/update/
