[I7] I have a Sugar environment set up

I now have Sugar-jhbuild installed on a new Fedora Core 7 virtual
machine, so I should be able to start playing with I7 development for
the XO pretty soon.
First order of business is to rewrite the CLI shell in Python to get a
baseline environment going. After that I think I'm going to need a
glk 0.7 port to Sugar (I think we are probably all in agreement that
Unicode support is probably crucial on the XO). Gulp.
Once I have that, a Sugarized set of terps is probably not a big
deal. I need to figure out what my options for attractive text
editing are under Sugar, and once that's happened, a basic Write-
Compile-Play cycle should be pretty straightforward.
